Dr. Van Russen Groen studied Dutch law. He worked as a scientific researcher at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, where he obtained a PhD in 1998 with a bilingual doctoral thesis on Penal Administrative Law. His practice primarily consists of corporate criminal law and cases involving penal administrative law. He also conducts Supreme Court proceedings in the field of criminal law and lectures in substantive and procedural criminal cases.
