Corporate criminal law  

Morena van Baaren studied Criminal Law, International and European Law. She started to work as a legal officer at the Ministry of Justice with the Bureau of International Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters. In 2005 she was admitted at the Judicial Trainee Programme, first as a court clerk and trainee judge next as a prosecutor and deputy judge. As a part of the training programme she now works as defence counsel.  Morena handles cases of both general criminal law and financial-economic criminal law.
