Tax litigation 

Marjolein de Borst studied tax law and obtained an LLM in 2000 at the University of Bristol (UK). From 2001 to 2003, Marjolein worked as a tax consultant. She has been a tax lawyer since 2003. She is involved in conducting proceedings and negotiations in complicated tax matters, including the supervision of voluntary disclosures. She also works in the fields of criminal tax law and the law governing tax collection.
